RISK OF LOSS AND DAMAGE OF PRODUCTS

The risk of loss and damage of products passes to you as consumer at the point of time of the delivery. Therefore the risk of loss and damage of the product passes from DK Intertrade to the customer as soon as the customer receives the package (according to the Danish law Koebeloven §73).
