REPLACEMENTS, RETURNS, REFUNDS
 
On receipt the buyer must inspect the products and complain about any faults within a reasonable period of time. Otherwise the complaint may be disregarded. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your product, please contact us at office@gourmetgroup-it.com. The product can be returned after agreement with DK Intertrade for replacement or after special agreement refund. 
 
There is full right of replacement, of course, if the product you received definitely is not what you had ordered. In this case please contact us first (office@gourmetgroup-it.com) so that we can assist you.
